frequently asked questions

1. How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Select the package that fits your business and choose how you would like to pay.

The Foundation, Elevate and Scale packages can be purchased directly online. You can pay in full, secure your project with a 50% non-refundable deposit, or spread the cost across three monthly instalments via Klarna.

Once your payment has been confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome email containing your contract, onboarding information and instructions for submitting the content and assets needed for your project. We’ll also confirm your scheduled start date.

For the Momentum package, book a discovery call so we can discuss your requirements, confirm whether the project is the right fit and prepare a tailored recommendation before any payment is taken.

Not sure which package is right for you? Book a free discovery call and we’ll talk through your goals, current challenges and website requirements before recommending the most suitable option.

2. Which package is right for me?

Each package is designed for different stages of your brand:

  • Foundation – for service-based businesses just starting out online.
  • Elevate – for brands looking to redesign or upgrade their website with a full migration to Webflow.
  • Scale – for e-commerce businesses ready to launch or grow on Shopify.
  • Momentum – for brands with complex or bespoke requirements that go beyond a standard brief.
3. What are the payment options for a website?

Every project is unique, but we offer set packages to make it simple. There are three ways to pay:

Pay in Full - Pay in full to confirm your project slot immediately.

Pay 50% Deposit - Secure your slot with a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due once your website is ready to go live.

Pay in 3 - Spread the cost interest-free across three monthly instalments via.

The only additional cost is hosting, which is paid directly to Webflow or Shopify depending on your package. We will guide you through this as part of your onboarding so there are no surprises.

4. How do I know which package is suitable for me?

Each package is designed for a different type of business and stage of growth:

The Foundation Package is for service-based businesses that need a professional new website to establish or strengthen their online presence.

The Elevate Package is for established businesses ready to redesign an existing website and migrate to Webflow.

The Scale Package is for product-based businesses ready to launch, redesign or grow an online store with Shopify.

The Momentum Package is for businesses with more complex or bespoke requirements that extend beyond the scope of our standard packages.

If you’re still unsure, book a free discovery call . We’ll discuss your business, current challenges and website goals before recommending the most suitable package. There is no pressure or commitment, just an honest conversation to help you understand the right next step.

5. How long will my project take?

Project timelines vary depending on the package and our current workload. As a general guide:

The Foundation Package typically takes 2 to 3 weeks from start to launch.

The Elevate and Scale Packages usually take 4 to 5 weeks depending on complexity.

The Momentum Package is scoped individually and a timeline is confirmed during your discovery call.

If you need your website sooner we do offer an express option. Get in touch to discuss your requirements and we will do our best to accommodate you around our existing projects.

6. Will my website be mobile-friendly?

Yes, absolutely. Every website we build is fully responsive and optimised to look and perform great across mobile, tablet and desktop. With the majority of web traffic now coming from mobile devices this is something we take seriously on every single project, not just as an afterthought.

7. Will I be able to make updates to my website myself?

Yes, though the experience varies depending on your platform.

Shopify is very beginner friendly. Adding products, updating content and managing orders is straightforward and most clients pick it up quickly with no technical background needed.

Webflow has a bit more of a learning curve, but we make sure you are not left to figure it out alone. Every Webflow project includes a personalised tutorial walkthrough so you know exactly how to manage your specific site. We also provide two weeks of free tech support after launch, and ongoing support is available if you ever need extra help down the line.

8. How will I upload content and assets?

Once your project is confirmed, we’ll create a dedicated Google Drive folder for your business and send you a private link to access it.

You’ll be able to upload your written content, images, videos, logos, brand guidelines and any other files needed for the website. The folder will be organised into clear sections, making it easy to see what is required and keep everything in one place throughout the project.

We accept a range of common file formats and will provide guidance on the preferred formats and quality requirements for website images, videos, logos and written content. If you’re unsure whether a file is suitable, you can email us at hello@chaptertwostudios.com and we’ll advise you.

9. How do I get my domain and does it cost extra?

Your domain is separate from your website build and is not included in the package price. If you do not already own a domain we recommend purchasing one through a provider such as Godaddy, Namecheap, Ionos or Hostinger. Domains typically cost between £5 and £20 per year depending on the provider, business name and amount of years selected. For example a domain on Godaddy may be £35 for 3 years.

If you already own a domain we will handle the connection and migration to your new website as part of your package at no extra cost.

10. Do I need to provide my own content and images?

For written content such as your about section, service descriptions and any other copy, this will need to come from you as you know your business best. If you need help with copywriting this is something we can discuss as an additional service.

For images we can source and implement high quality stock photography as part of your package. If you have your own brand photography we would always recommend using it as it adds a personal and authentic touch to your website.

11. What happens after my website goes live?

Once your website is live you will have two weeks of free tech support included in your package. During this time we are on hand to fix any issues, answer questions and make minor tweaks as you settle in.

After the two week period ongoing support is available on request. Whether you need a small update, a new page added or just a bit of guidance, get in touch and we will let you know how we can help.

12. What happens if I need changes after the project is complete?

Minor fixes and tweaks within the first two weeks of launch are covered by your free post launch support. Beyond that any additional work is treated as a new request and priced accordingly depending on the scope.

For clients who want ongoing peace of mind we do offer support on request so you are never left stuck. Just get in touch and we will find the best way to help.
