After payment you will receive a welcome email with your client portal invitation, your contract to sign, and your onboarding questionnaire — everything we need to get to know your business before we begin.
With your onboarding complete we book in your kick off call. This is where we dive deeper into your brand, your audience and your goals. We align on the scope, the timeline and the direction so that when we start building everything has a clear purpose behind it.
We build the strategic foundation for your project. This includes initial concepts, layouts and wireframes so you can see exactly how things will look and feel before we build a thing. Your feedback shapes everything at this stage and nothing moves forward until you are happy.
With the design signed off we bring everything to life. We build, test and refine as we go, keeping you in the loop throughout so there are no surprises come launch day. We run through the full launch checklist, go live, and make sure everything is running smoothly. You will receive easy to follow handover guides and two weeks of free post launch support so you are never left on your own.
Your project does not end at launch. Within two weeks of going live we check in with you to make sure everything is running smoothly, answer any questions that have come up since handover, and make sure you feel confident managing your new website. Project timelines vary depending on the package and our current workload. As a general guide:
The Foundation Package typically takes 2 to 3 weeks from start to launch.
The Elevate and Scale Packages usually take 4 to 5 weeks depending on complexity.
The Momentum Package is scoped individually and a timeline is confirmed during your discovery call.

Shopify is very beginner friendly. Adding products, updating content and managing orders is straightforward and most clients pick it up quickly with no technical background needed.
Webflow has a bit more of a learning curve, but we make sure you are not left to figure it out alone. Every Webflow project includes a personalised tutorial walkthrough so you know exactly how to manage your specific site. We also provide two weeks of free tech support after launch, and ongoing support is available if you ever need extra help down the line.
Content and assets are shared through your client portal, which includes a dedicated shared folder via Google Drive. You can upload text, images, videos and brand assets here, keeping everything organised and easy to access throughout the project.
If you have additional assets to share outside of the portal you are also welcome to send them directly to hello@chaptertwostudios.com and we will make sure everything gets added to your project folder.
Your domain is separate from your website build and is not included in the package price. If you do not already own a domain we recommend purchasing one through a provider such as Namecheap, Hostinger or 123-reg. Domains typically cost between £5 and £15 per year depending on the provider and extension you choose.
If you already own a domain we will handle the connection and migration to your new website as part of your package at no extra cost.
For written content such as your about section, service descriptions and any other copy, this will need to come from you as you know your business best. If you need help with copywriting this is something we can discuss as an additional service.
For images we can source and implement high quality stock photography as part of your package. If you have your own brand photography we would always recommend using it as it adds a personal and authentic touch to your website.
Once your website is live you will have two weeks of free tech support included in your package. During this time we are on hand to fix any issues, answer questions and make minor tweaks as you settle in.
After the two week period ongoing support is available on request. Whether you need a small update, a new page added or just a bit of guidance, get in touch and we will let you know how we can help.
Minor fixes and tweaks within the first two weeks of launch are covered by your free post launch support. Beyond that any additional work is treated as a new request and priced accordingly depending on the scope.
