The goal was to design and develop a clear, user-focused website with five dedicated pages, improving both structure and usability. The site needed to communicate South Coast Autolocks’ expertise, build trust with potential customers, and guide users quickly towards taking action. A key focus was ensuring visitors could easily find relevant services and locations, with strong calls to action to support fast enquiries.

The previous site lacked clear structure, strong calls to action, and focused service pages, making it difficult for users to quickly find the information they needed — especially in urgent situations. The challenge was to create a modern, easy-to-navigate website that clearly highlighted their car key and vehicle lockout services, while also showcasing the areas they cover.
The result was a fully responsive website designed in Figma, featuring five well-structured pages focused on core services and service areas. The new site clearly presents car key replacement and vehicle lockout services, supported by strong messaging and intuitive navigation. With improved layout, clearer user journeys, and prominent contact options, the redesign enhances user experience and positions South Coast Autolocks as a reliable, go-to locksmith across the South Coast.
